[Update] New Air DDP Rates & Policy Details for U.S. Deliveries – July 2025

AIR DDP SHIPPING TO USA -JULY 2025 UPDATE

We’re pleased to announce updated Air Door-to-Door DDP shipping rates from China to the United States, effective July 2025. This update includes precise pricing, updated UPS-based logistics timelines, and important conditions you must be aware of before shipping.


Air DDP Shipping Overview

  • Warehouse Entry Points:

    • Yiwu / Ningbo / Hangzhou / Taizhou (cut-off 19:00)

    • Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Qingdao / Xiamen / Quanzhou (cut-off 17:00)

  • Carrier: UPS (final mile delivery in the U.S.)

  • Minimum Chargeable Weight:
    12 KG minimum per shipment (if <12KG, charged as 12KG for pricing)

  • Pricing Structure (USD/KG):

For Guangzhou-based warehouses, rates increase by approx. $0.2/kg.   

Delivery Commitment

  • Scan-in Time: UPS scans within 6–9 days from warehouse entry.

  • Delay Compensation: If not scanned within 16 days (UPS-tracked), shipping fee will be adjusted to sea freight rates.

  • Customs Delay: If delay exceeds 12 days, a unified claim of ¥2/kg may apply with valid receipts or inspection emails.


🚫 Important Restrictions & Guidelines

1. Price Add-ons:

  • Remote address fee: RMB 25/item (min RMB 171/ticket)

  • Magnetic inspection: RMB 200/item + RMB 1/kg

  • Return fees: RMB 100–200 + redelivery cost

2. Size & Weight Restrictions:

  • Longest side > 121cm or second side > 76cm → extra fees

  • No packages over 22.5kg single piece weight

  • Oversized (330–419cm) or overweight (>68kg) not accepted

3. Item Restrictions:

  • ❌ No batteries, liquids, powders, flammables, or fragile items

  • ❌ No contraband, counterfeit, or customs-sensitive goods

4. Address Limitations:

  • Not available to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or islands


💡 Compensation Policy

  • Pre-UPS Loss: $40/kg + 50% shipping refund

  • Post-UPS Loss: Up to $100/item (UPS standard)

  • No Compensation: For infringement, false declaration, customs hold, force majeure, delays, fragile damage, or underreported goods


📍 Documentation Requirements:

  • Printed commercial invoice with HS Code, detailed product names, material, usage

  • Accurate quantity, value, and descriptions required

  • Misreporting may lead to fines (up to ¥20,000) or rejection
