📝 Important Shipping Notes
To ensure smooth and timely deliveries:
✅ Provide accurate FBA number and PO# when placing an order.
📏 Chargeable weight must exceed 101kg to be eligible for specific gravity discounts.
📦 The longest side of cargo must not exceed 63.5cm for full container deliveries.
📋 Each shipment must have at least 2 qualified FBA tags.
⚠️ Our company only assists with customs clearance documentation — penalties for undeclared, prohibited, or infringing goods are not compensated.
📦 FCL Palletization Guidelines
Our container delivery service is optimized for Amazon’s pallet requirements:
Board Size: L121cm × W101cm × H182cm
California Weight Limit: 540kg/board
Other U.S. States: 450kg/board
Volume Limit: 1.8m³/board (extra boards for larger volumes)
💰 Compensation Policy Highlights
We strongly recommend purchasing insurance (0.3% of cargo value). However, in the event of loss:
📦 <15kg pieces: ¥40/kg (no refund of shipping)
📦 ≥15kg pieces: $100/item compensation
🪵 Palletized Goods: ¥40/kg, up to $800/pallet
Note: Compensation cannot exceed the documented purchase value of goods.
